Purpose:
The Volunteer Program Support person will perform a variety of tasks related to the planning, orchestration and presentation of NAMI Lake County, OH programming. This position helps to extend the resources in the NAMI Lake County, OH to better assist and direct the needs of our community members.
Requirements:
- An interest and commitment to the NAMI Lake County, OH mission
- Must present a professional appearance and a friendly manner
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Be courteous and personable when dealing with the public
- Be self-directed, willing to take initiative, and detail-oriented
- Respect and maintain confidentiality of NAMI Lake County, OH volunteers, partners, and donors
- Computer skills are desired, but not necessary
- Light physical duties may be required
- Previous experience of working or volunteering in the not-for-profit is desirable but not essential
