Crossroads Hospice and Palliative Care

We are a Hospice Care Organization providing services in patient homes, nursing facilities and assisted livings throughout Lorain, Cuyahoga, Lake, Geuaga, Ashtabula and Trumbull counties.

Provide companionship and socialization to individuals receiving hospice care. Volunteers provide life-enrichment activities to patients such as conversation, music, reading, crafting, pet-companionship, phone calls, letters, veteran support, etc. Volunteers can also run errands for patients or provide support to administrative staff.
